Charlotte Fillol
Assistant Professor, Management
Charlotte Fillol is an assistant professor in the management department. Previously, she has been an assistant professor at Paris Dauphine University, where she earned her Ph.D. in management. She was a visiting scholar at Stanford in 2007, invited by Professor J. March.
Her research interests are learning processes, and more recently, novelty and professional identity. Her writings particularly focus on a type of organization—nuclear power plants.
Charlotte Fillol has a wide experience of teaching, from undergraduates to M.B.A.s in different countries (Egypt, Russia, Mauritius, France), she teaches strategy, change management and information systems.
Charlotte Fillol has also been a consultant, working on her specialities—knowledge management and novelty in nuclear power plants.
